In preparation for a suite of new features, we have decided to fast-track our database performance & compliance upgrades which, unfortunately, will require a short period of downtime.

To reduce service disruption, maintenance will be performed between 3am-4am on Thursday, 27 May 2021.

Maintenance window:

Thursday, 27th May, 3am - 4am (Sydney time AEST)

What to expect:
- Split Portal (UI) will be temporarily unavailable and display a maintenance page
- Split API will respond with a 503 HTTP Service Unavailable code
- Inbound payments will still be processed (although a slight delay should be expected)

The upgrade is expected to be completed well within the timeframe. Please ensure that your Operations and Customer Support teams are aware of this planned activity.
